feeling anxiety to “get that stuff done” but not sure where to start? I can help you.

By the end of this  30 day program you will be able to relax knowing all of your vital documents are completed and your End-Of-Life wishes are shared with those closest to you.

Get ready to learn exactly what key documents to have and complete for your specific situation so you know who has the legal right to make financial and medical decisions for you (so it’s not left up to estranged family members, strangers or the government). You will define who you want to speak for you in a health crisis and learn the key people that need to be included and told of your end-of-life plan. You will be motivated to take action in this mentored do it yourself program.

Here's What's Included In Your 30 Day Step by Step Program:

1 Hour Deep Dive Assessment Call- We will investigate your emotional, logistical, and legal situation in detail. Define who you care about, who you want to protect, what steps you have taken to care for the people you love, what vital documents you have in order and your end-of-life wishes.  I will point out the potential roadblocks I perceive that may keep you from moving forward. We will clarify your top 3 immediate priorities and map out next steps. YES, we will cover all of this in 60 minutes!

1 Hour Problem Solving Call - We will zero in on your top 3 priorities and develop a detailed plan of action for getting those priorities addressed including discussing your top level desires for care in a health crisis. You define who you want making healthcare and financial choices for you and how to set those up, including specifics documents like advanced directives, powers of attorney for health and finances, trusts, living wills, and emergency contacts.  We will note which end-of-life conversations are important to have and with whom.

30 Day Email Access During The Program - You'll have some extra support and clarification as you have questions on the options and choices that we discuss.

30-Minute Recap and Q&A Call - After you locate your vital documents and/or have End-Of-Life conversations with those we prioritize on your End-Of-Life Action Plan, you may find that the process brings up concerns.  This call is designed to address your quick questions, suggest resources, and tie up any loose ends so you can cross this stressful to do off your list once and for all!

Client Experience Of This Program:

"I didn’t know how to reduce the amount of items/stuff/things we didn’t use or need any more to be able to downsize to either a smaller house or a facility like Stone Ridge Creek in Pleasanton.

And I didn’t have a plan for how to execute my wishes for my End of Life situation. It felt overwhelming and painful. Audrey is a genius at being able to see the whole picture and break it down into manageable pieces so that your ultimate goal can be accomplished. She is very kind, understanding and is extremely knowledgeable about what is necessary emotionally and physically to go through your life’s belongings. She does wonderful work to minimize these difficult tasks for older adults."
